「We had an issue with the shower coming on & not having hot water in the kitchen. There was a valve that was shut off & we could not figure it out so we contacted the property owner & they had someone come out & fix it that day. The property is good for 1 family or people that are very close as there is little privacy in the shower room & it is very close quarters. Also, the stairs going up to the room are very steep, so you should consider that. The area is nice & quiet, 7-11 very close & was...

「The property was a nice place to come back to after walking alot. Excellent location, good access to busses and trains stations (2). Bedrooms were comfy, one room had firmer beds, all 3 were roomy. There's a lawsons and a grocery store within a block away. Communication was excellent!! Questions were answered quickly. We may possibly be taking another trip over and would use this house again.」

「Excellent.」

「First off, hats off for QiQi and staff for laying out easy to use instructions on the check-in process. I probably would have been lost if it weren’t for the video break downs. The three story house was very spacious, everything looked new and I believe the pictures on the website didn’t do the place justice. Everything was very clean and the A/C was easy to use thanks to the English translations located on wall. The house is next to 2 train stations (only 10 min walk to each) making traveling...

「Amazing stay! I loved its Japanese interior and design elements. I highly recommend it and would definitely book again!」

「This home was comfortable and accommodated a large group of 10. It was conveniently located next to a station as well as grocery and convenient stores. Su was such a kind, gentle, helpful, and responsive host. We were so glad to have discovered this location for our family adventure in Tokyo!」
