「the property seems the cheapes among the others but the facility doesn't provide a common standard of hostels, the window showing the inside part with mirrors like a shop and so no curtain for the entrance part.. the noise is inside the facility cause not being defeated by any sound isolation, the window glass has only 1 layer

「I have been trying to get a refund since January 31, 2021. When I booked my room it said free cancelation, I tried to cancel and the hotel kept all my money. Expedia said that they don't answer the phone so there is nothing that they can do. Worst experience ever, never booking with them or expedia again. 」
