"It’s an ok resort because they don’t provide lounge chairs on the beach for their guests. You have to PAY FOR THE 2 PERSON CHAIR WHICH IS AN INSULT PARTICULARLY TO SOLO TRAVELERS. THANKFULLY I STAYED AT A NEARBY RESORT THAT OFFERED A DAYPASS ON THE BEACH WITH TOWELS AND LOUNGE CHAIRS. It was a 15 minute walking distance from The BANDARA BEACH RESORT. The WATER TO RINSE OFF THE SAND WAS LOW PRESSURE FAUCET INSTEAD OF A SPRINKLER. BREAKFAST WAS DECENT. THEY SHOULD PROVIDE THEIR GUESTS WITH BEACH CHAIRS AND TOWELS"

"This property looks like it was great some years ago or with the last owner, but his since started to dwindle. Deferred maintenance is evident around in most places. Staff was helpful when put to the task of correcting something that shouldn’t have been an issue in the first place, but nonetheless corrections were diligently addressed. The biggest complaint would be the food. Overall, it was really subpar. One meal in particular was so awful. It was inedible. A grilled seafood platter for two was presented to us. The appearance, rotten smell, and presentation of the food was deplorable. The shrimp and lobster tails looked as though they had been harvested from a bucket of sewage. Our waitress quickly took it off the bill and agreed that she would not eat it. On another occasion on the day of our departure, we were offered a breakfast to go as we had paid for the breakfast buffet, which we were told in the morning before we were not allowed to take anything from with us on our excursion. The box breakfast on the day of departure consisted of a couple of stale pastries. The cost of adding breakfast for the four of us that was missed for two days was very disappointing. This property could be great again, but needs a major cash investment and some serious staff and kitchen training. We were on a very long six week holiday and this was two days of long our journey - it was the low point of our trip across nine countries. We were disappointed. Food pic attached."

"The room was decent, toiletries and towels, & other supplies are sufficient, the only fall back is the bed, it’s super hard for the back, kinda like sleeping on bricks. The staff are really nice though, location wise it’s far from everything, there’s no bus stop or train, you have to take a grab or taxi every time you go out and back to the hotel. There’s no restaurants or eateries nearby, it looks like there’s one but you have to cross a very busy road that doesn’t have a cross walk. Otherwise order from grab food for delivery, "

"The place was clean,parking was great, the pool was great, the food was good,breakfast was great but lunch was not good I didn’t feel like I got my money worth, I complained to the front desk and was sent to the manager and the manager gave me 100B back and apologized I took the money, left without being satisfied."

"We were a family of 6 adults and 5 children from 5-16 years and this holiday home exceeded all of our expectations. We had an amazing stay, we loved the house, the pool, the beaches, the restaurants and their owners. The teenagers loved having their own rooms separate from the house entrance with quick access to the 711 at the end of the driveway. The pool and sea views were outstanding, we lived in that pool, and at night with the sunsets, lights and stars it was idyllic. The house was just like the pictures. The large dining room table allowed us all to sit and eat together and enjoy the delicious food that our chef cooked for us. The housekeepers came in everyday to clean and make up our beds and change linen every second day. We loved the little area like 1 minute walk away with restaurants, bars, massage & nail parlours, and a few shops. The food was local, reasonable and delicious, especially the shakes & food from Khaokhad Halal Food & Drinks. Two beautiful beaches just minutes walk away. The Manager was excellent, we were big coffee drinkers so everytime we ran out of expresso coffee, we would text and within 30 minutes there was another packet on our door step! Nothing was any trouble. We also used the taxi driver next door, he was great and made it really simple to get around. Bradley was excellent, we could not ask for a better host. It was a perfect family holiday. You have to try it out yourself!!"

"The property well maintained. However so e design solution not practical like short headboard ( nearly none existent) no chair With back support ( only one low bench). Mattress toppers and pillows of not a good quality and old (mouldy) made us allergic. Also the room is clean and with good choosen. The breakfast was inconsistent first day its was wow then next day its was so unpalatable ( nearly uneatable) third day again good. Plenty of trainee staff who like robots only can convey some basic ( mostly unnecessary information ) with clear lack of knowledge to answer other questions or queries that you might have ."
