"The spa was great gave us free amenities like snacks and a starter in the restaurant on the house, they offered that to everyone on their first night. The room was so comfy. "

"The resort is next to some nasty smelling rotting trash. You will have to plug your nose walking down to the breakfast area. The food was ok but the foul stenches around the property make it hard to enjoy food. The beach is disappointing. It’s a pond and no real beachfront. Also sketchy looking murky water. No waves. Nothing. The pool is nice but the tiles were dirty, missing in many spots and kids in the adult pool. Bandages floating everywhere too. Bed is like a rock. Uncomfortable. Worth the $80 tho. Private pool access is nice too. Don’t drink the water! Not even for brushing teeth! "

"Too bad.... The location, food and staff were great, but our room smelled of cat pee! They tried to cover it up with air freshners, which had us fooled the first night, but by the time we returned from our day tour the next day, the bathroom in our room smelt so bad, we had to keep the door closed and remove all of our things. We had to brush our teeth in the main room, and hold our breath to use the toilet! When we complained about this, they did not offer an acceptable resolution or compensate us in any way for the inconvenience. This lack of attention to the client experience, especially given that this is a health concern for anyone staying in these conditions, was unacceptable. "

"We had such an amazing stay at the Nai Harn for our honeymoon. The rooms were spacious, clean and the view was amazing. The staff was so sweet and the food was really good!!! The hotel is kind of secluded from the rest of the craziness, which we wanted and liked. You have the beach 10 steps away from the hotel and it’s beautiful and not too crowded. Would definitely recommend!!"

"Even before we arrived we had a good feeling as the communication with the host was great and she had arranged transport for us from the airport. When we arrived at the villa, Brigitte was there and went through everything with us which was most helpful.Most importantly, the villa and grounds were amazing. The villa was well equipped and having a separate annex with one of the bedrooms suited us down to the ground.The pool was lovely and we enjoyed many an hour in and around it on the comfortable sunbeds.If we ever return to the area, I could not think of a better place for us to stay. "

"Room was lovely and quiet. Our view was of the gym and a car park so wasn't great. But we loved how quiet it was so weren't that bothered. Breakfast was nice. Room was spotless. "

"Very good location! Really 3-5 minutes walk to the beach. Going back to bungalow is a bit steep uphill, but good as an exercise if you are able to walk. Simple but clean, nice balcony with tropical plants view and birds singing. At the evening some mosquitoes outside. "
