Loved the hotel. We had a suite that was on the beach. We were able to sit on the patio and watch the sunrise. One night the hotel did a Thanksgiving dinner. We are from the US so we really enjoyed it. The location is a little off the beaten path (the west coast) but we enjoyed the peace and quiet. They have a very nice pool area that is a step away from the beach.

It is a great place to stay nice pool very quiet only had about 37 rooms the beach is not great but that doesn’t matter it’s a quick ride to Karon or kata if that’s what to want

Room 78 had AC that was not working properly and the ceiling fan sounded like a truck that was about to lose an engine. The receptionist did not want to move me and the "engineer" had to come a fiddle with everything. It was an unnecessary, time consuming, and unfriendly process. But, they decided to move me to room 70 which was perfect. The only hot water in all the rooms is in the shower. The sinks have only tepid cold water. The food is top notch and the beach views are excellent while dining. I don't recommend walking on the beach because there is a lot of broken glass in the sand. Thai people told me that they would not swim in the water. Nice to look at but go to another beach to swim.

Very beautiful property right on the ocean. Clean with tonnes of food options. Food service/waiters were a little slow and didn't tend to us much but other than that wonderful. Did not use the spa. 4 of us and they only had 1 key for the first 2 days. They finally got a second for us

The hotel was lovely, great pool, friendly and helpful staff. I had a beach front room which was lovely but on arrival the air conditioning wasn’t working and as I arrived in the evening there was no one who could get it working. The staff arranged another room for me and gave me a complimentary Massge but it was disappointing. The beach here is not a swimming beach and it was well away from rawai so not much to do apart from hang out at the pool and use the health spa

This is a nice hotel in Phuket’s south with a beautiful beach view. We enjoyed the delicious complimentary breakfast and the evening live music by the pool. The rooms were extremely spacious and clean. However, there was no WIFI connection in our room, and the amenities were quite dated. The shower was comprised of a shower head sticking out of the wall, our safe didn’t work, the bathroom lighting was very poor, and finally there was a strange stale smell when we first checked in. This hotel was in a relatively quiet pocket of Phuket, however, it was at least a 40 minute drive to reach any notable destination. Which I wish we fully considered before booking.

This property is in a stunning location on the beach just outside Rawai. We did not have transport and that was an issue as the property was on an extremely busy road and miles from anywhere in every direction. After the first night attempting to walk to Rawai unsuccessfully we used taxis throughout, some turned up some didn’t as the place is out of the way a little. With transport I’m sure this would not have been a problem. The pool, beach, bar and staff were great. The standard room that we chose was not so good as described in previous customer reviews. I’ve stayed at remote locations before and there has always been a curtesy bus service to the local town, I think this would go down well if introduced ( just add it to the cost of the room). I’ve given 3 due to the above as we did like the resort overall. I hope the comments are taken in the spirit intended as I think a few tweaks will make significant difference to the overall experience.

We walked in and walked back out, as the property was unclean and potentially unsafe. Dust, stained sheets and stained walls. Nothing like advertised. Spa? Joke. We contacted Expedia straight away and told them we were leaving and were promised that we would be contacted the next day via email as they were unable to contact the hotel that night. We booked accommodation as a consequence of being told that we should. We were not emailed and the hotel was not contacted. We went back to check six days later to be told there had been no contact. We have made a formal complaint with Expedia. We were left without accommodation that night until we found one of the very few hotels (our family had to stay in two different rooms in different blocks with in the hotel for one night before finding a wonderful place called Rawai VIP Villas (staff were great and good value for families with children - would highly recommend). Our children did not eat until midnight and even then all I could find was microwave pizza. We were so lucky. Instead of losing only one day we could have lost half our holiday (after travelling from Krabi - which again was lovely and good value for money). For the short while we were there we had to get an engineer to check air con due to smell and a towel being wrapped around a joint on it, only to be told that it was a wet moulding towel causing the smell. Doesn't that say it all?

Too bad.... The location, food and staff were great, but our room smelled of cat pee! They tried to cover it up with air freshners, which had us fooled the first night, but by the time we returned from our day tour the next day, the bathroom in our room smelt so bad, we had to keep the door closed and remove all of our things. We had to brush our teeth in the main room, and hold our breath to use the toilet! When we complained about this, they did not offer an acceptable resolution or compensate us in any way for the inconvenience. This lack of attention to the client experience, especially given that this is a health concern for anyone staying in these conditions, was unacceptable.

Really good resort for the price. Our room was pretty big and was equipped with everything you could need (big fridge, microwave, water cooker, smart tv, locker). The staff was always very helpful and polite. The pool is amazing, which is nice because you cant really swim in the sea because the water is really shallow for a long distance from the shore. The view from the resort across the sea is also really nice. The restaurant and breakfast were amazing too (free main dish, juice and coffee for breakfast). The only downside of staying here is the distance to Phuket town or other tourist places, but that’s something you know before you book so its not really a problem. All in all we can only recommend the resort and will definitely come back if we can!
