「商業化されていないTreasure Island の広大な自然のままの静かなシュガーサンドのビーチの美しさが好きな方には最高のロケーションの一つだと思いました。まるで自宅にいるように、くつろげる室内の雰囲気のコンドミニアム・ホテルで、長期滞在にお勧めです。車がないと買物や移動は面倒なシティだとは思います。メキシコ湾の面しており、バルコニーやリビングルーム、キッチンにいながら、サンセットが見事に見えます。リビングルームが広く、フルキッチンで、自由気ままに静かに過ごせ、落ち着けました。ユニット内に洗濯機、乾燥機、洗剤もあり便利でした。私が泊まったユニットには、ビーチに持って行ける、ビーチパラソルや複数のビーチチェアも備わっていました。High Floor を勧めします。数少ない気になった点は、（でも、人によっては、まったく気にならない点ですが）バスタブが浅めなことと、バスタブの材質くらいかと思いました。フロントの方もいろいろ丁寧に教えて下さり、快適でした。」

「Unit was clean and comfortably situated for a group of 5. We loved the view of the marina. The location is within reasonable proximity of multiple beaches north or south. Most importantly, the host was outstanding! I can not rave enough about how well they communicated and the timeliness of their responses. The property was great, but the host was the best!!!」

「The property staff were very friendly. We walked into our condo and found it very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchenware. The bedrooms were nice size. But our balcony view was stunning. We had a great ocean view from the 4th floor. A nice pool and jacuzzi is there also. We walked down to the main level, and literally walked to the ocean in less than 2 minutes. Parking is on the 1st/main level, under the units so happy that our vehicle had a covered, assigned spot.
