「I guess they were low on staff. It took forever for housekeeping to bring anything we needed to the room, the night bar staff was rude and so was the guy at the mini shop. When we checked in the supervisor helped us out and made us feel welcomed but every other time I came to the counter for something the staff was very short. 「I didn’t like that the breakfast was buffet. We were looking forward to ordering off the delicious menu. I know that the snow is melting but the exterior of the property had a lot of trash outside. There was a corner bead of the molding in our was that hanging off otherwise the room was clean and tidy. 」

「Not worth what you pay. Room A is small, and the reception is a joke. It’s loud during quiet hours (5-7am), making it hard to sleep above my room. Give a plus for cleanliness. 」
