「We stayed for two nights before we left for an Alaskan cruise. The Bear cabin was wonderful. We arrived to a fridge stocked with enough for us to make ourselves two gourmet breakfasts. Unfortunately, we had to leave extremely early the first morning to go ice climbing, but to our great delight, there was oatmeal and fruit available for a quick breakfast. 「Bed bugs woke me up at midnight from tiredness over 14 hour-flight. The hotel manager never cared about his guest but only expense to cover my room in another hotel and who brought the bed bugs. He never ever cared how the hotel could make up for guest. The hotel staffs let me use their landry machine and dryer however they destroyed 6 of my clothes. After the landry and hotel arrangement, I could go to bed past 3AM on that day. Only good things about this hotel were the hotel staffs at night....

What a shock to find out you don't have a hotel rooom in the middle of high season. He said someone should have called us to let us know. We did not get that call.
