「Booked this cabin on very short notice, just a day or two before arrival, and the host’s communication was fast and the door code arrived on time, so that part worked well. However, upon arrival the carpets throughout the entire house were heavily soiled with dirt, dust, and small gravel rocks, clearly not vacuumed between guests. There were crumbs left on the coffee table, and the bathroom floor and bath rugs had visible hair and dirt. I messaged the host immediately to clarify the mess was...

「Good and clean, with plenty of space and great views right off the porch」

「A great cabin, with real homely touches and incredibly comfy beds. Has everything you need for a longer stay, all the kitchen equipment, great grill (electric) and smoker, hot tub and space to enjoy the peace and quiet. Close to lovely Alma, fabulous Fairplay and also Breckenridge for more of the tourist bits. It's easy to access great hikes and easy to head off further into the mountains for day adventures. All communication, when needed with the team was great. A perfect "wild" hideaway with...

「Evidence of great cleaning. Not a whole lot of cookware but enough to get by. Host gave decent information for checking in and checking out but doesn’t respond to questions. Extremely private and gorgeous scenery. WiFi is a bit iffy but it’s not a dead zone. Neither heater is adjustable and one doesn’t work(not much of an issue in the summer). A couple maintenance issues but nothing that really affected the stay. Some board games and books available, and a record player! Couch is cute but...

「Great space, beautiful location and cabin was well stocked with everything we needed!」

「Quaint little spot! Host was very responsive when we needed something or had questions! 」

「Great experience overall!」

「The property was excellent. Very secluded, the cabin was the perfect size for our group and the hot tub was an excellent addition. We saw wildlife everyday we were there, including a moose, and got some excellent pictures. We would definitely stay again.」

「The place is very spacious and comfortable, with 5 bedrooms, including one in the basement. The location is excellent, just 30 minutes from Breck, and there’s a supermarket nearby. However, the water heater doesn’t provide enough hot water for a 5-bedroom house, and some areas were quite dirty. There are too many items in the house, and many of them are not clean. It would be better to remove the extra items rather than keeping things that aren’t properly maintained.」

「Internet was not working properly. The grill was not clean and is very cheap.」

「Place was clean and comfortable. Host was very responsive.」

「Absolutely amazing! Perfect for a large family and friends. So comfortable and the views were spectacular! Loved the lower floor. Private, yet very easily part of the whole group. Great for two or extended families.」

「This place was perfect. It was so cozy and well decorated. It was very clean. Quiet location where you could really enjoy the views. Also we saw moose multiple times which was a highlight. The beds were so comfortable. It fit our group very well. The small touches with having things for dogs like dog treats, toys, and beds for them was so thoughtful. We would come here again in a heartbeat.」

「Absolutely loved our stay here - we got married at the house and went out for a scenic photoshoot in the local area. The house had pretty much everything we could have wanted. We absolutely loved the house and will definitely be back! Do note the elevation is 11,000ft so prepare for altitude sickness! 」

「Because it is a very old building the floor in the room was higher at one end than the other and the walls were paper thin and I could hear people in the next room. The staff was friendly but there was only day-old tepid coffee available in the reception area before 8 a.m. There is no thermostat in the room and it was so hot I had to have the window open all night.」

「Lovely cabin! Had a great time!」

「Great place! Very accurate listing and host was responsive and generous. Highly recommend their place and can’t wait to visit again!」
