「I hate that the yo ya i have to be critical of the property because the staff was friendly and as helpful as possible. Rooms were not up to the expectations we had for the branding. Our group booked 5 rooms and none were exempt from outside noise from halls or rooms with common walls. Housekeeping was not done for 72 hrs including towels and garbage cans. When we asked for basic amenities, staff was quick to respond. We didn’t feel we were being unreasonable in our expectations for the price...

「インディアナポリスからニューヨークへ車で旅行へ出かけました。中間のピッツバーグで一泊したのがこのホテルでした。街へはけっこう離れていて閑静ですが、逆に周りには何もありませんでした。netで調べてピッツバーグの和食屋へ行きました。茶屋というレストランで完璧な和食を楽しめました。」

「Easy parking and check in. Room was clean and comfortable. Simple and all you need for the night.」

「It was my 3rd time to visit to Pittsburgh. I live in Japan, so don't know detail of this city, I stayed this hotel to see the Pittsburgh Pirates' game. It was little bit far from hotel to PNC Park, home of the Pirates. But hotel staff, room condition and breakfast were good. If I visit to Pittsburgh again, I may stay here. 」

「Really cool building. Although our private bathroom was across the hall, it was clean and no problems to use. Hosts were excellent. Great coffee! Would definitely stay again!」

「It was a little loud in the early morning. It sounded like a workout class was going in downstairs with booming bass. Other than that the place was wonderful.」

「The was ok I been going there a while it has been. The rooms are becoming out dated and need to be renovated. I have an electric car and no one let us know they had chargers on the property.」
