「This was a perfect stopover for a couple of nights. It's sometimes hard to find a pet-friendly motel, but this one fits the bill. I liked the comfy beds, and everything was spotless. 」

「Communication with owner was fantastic. Our grandkids loved the pond, fire pit and screen room. Very well equipped kitchen. Stove and refrigerator were excellent. Really nice country setting with spacious porch and excellent grill. Convenient to Olean and Cuba Lake. We do wish that at least one BR had a queen bed, but that wouldn't keep us from returning. 」

「What a unique and memorable stay! We had such a wonderful stay. My son loved all the farm animals. He was invited to help feed all the animals during the nightly “chores”. This was certainly the highlight of our trip. I can’t thank the family enough for their hospitality and willingness to allow us to enjoy all their beautiful animals. 」
