"Check in was quick and easy. I ordered dinner from the hotel restaurant and it was decent. Elevators are very slow to get to your floor. No ice machines but they will deliver ice to your room. Room was spacious but very cold. Thermostat set on 78 and it was still very drafty. The bathroom did not seem to have heat in it at all. Area was walkable and convenient. Evening security guard was kind. "

"The location was great! Close to restaurants, coffee shops, entertainment options, and the train. The place was comfortable with a cool view!"

"We didn’t know what to expect from a Holiday Inn in a tower and were pleasantly surprised. The building — hotel actually starts on the 15th floor — is like new and was very clean. The staff was universally friendly. The lobby floor has a grab-and-go food option available 24 hours and a nontraditional bar and restaurant with seating more like a hotel lobby than a restaurant. There’s a huge TV screen, but it doesn’t dominate the space. We checked out the pool but didn’t get a chance to swim. Other people’s kids seemed to love it, though. Our room was smallish but well-appointed with a quite-wondeful bed. Location on the river handy to all kinds of restaurants. Recommend if you want something downtown."
