"Parking was separate from property and *NOT* well identified (had to walk back to hotel to confirm where to park as lot did not have a name posted that matched the name given by the hotel."

"The bedroom was very clean, as was the bathroom. The dining room had very sticky tables not enough staff to clear and reset tables, also the hot drinks machines were not working, no member of staff available to help. The breakfast food was very good. Car park difficult to get into and was very wet on second floor."
