「The hotel explanation says wifi is free, but they want to charge you 25 US dollars. The explanation says there is a business center, but actually there is no center. It says there is SPA, but it doesn't exist. It says it will provide free shuttle connecting the ship and an airport/hotel, but it didn't. I waited for a driver but he didn't show up. I finally took a taxi but failed to catch the plane, and I had to purchase another plane and waited for it for another five hours. The worst was...
