"It was one of the most beautiful relaxing place in ElGouna, was perfect for our needs .the quality of the chalets, the view and atmosphere was amazing. "I arrived to the pool extremely cold, was expecting it to be heated as in the description. Communicating with the manager was easy but the pool took over 24 hours to be warm. I booked for a two day getaway with my wife but was always disturbed with people trying to fix the heater for the pool. Smartlock locked on us and we had to wait outside for over an hour and still paid the guy who came with a spare key 1000 LE to come and open for us. First day was horrible but after was very enjoyable....

"La villa est très bien située, l’aéroport à 3 minutes en voiture, la plage à 700 m, grande promenade, bowling…tout est a proximité Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Sayed qui s’est rendu très serviable et disponible, toujours à l’écoute et très gentil. La villa possède une jolie piscine sans aucun vis à vis dans un magnifique jardin. Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances !!! Merci Sayed pour tout !!!"
