「It is very basic. They should have more attention to detail. When I got to my room, there were no towels and no toilet paper. There was no information on how to dispose of the rubbish. WiFi was good. The place was in a very nice area, very safe and very quiet. The bedding was good. Kitchen utensils were ok. There was a balcony that I didn't use because there was content rain. Hot water would not last for over 10 minutes.」

「The room, bathroom were not really cleaned properly as there was so much dust in the room,cupboards , the sink in the bathroom had a lot of stains, no means to clean the room were available no hoover or broom. The apartment wasn’t even the one I booked as it looked nothing like that. It was advertised with more than 1 bed but that wasn’t true, the living room looked nothing like then pictures and please don’t make me start with the check in process as the “receptionist “ did not speak English...
