"The stay itself was acceptable, but the experience after checkout has been extremely disappointing.
I was charged a mandatory local tax at the front desk and have been requesting a proper receipt for business purposes. I contacted the hotel multiple times, and on several phone calls I was told that the receipt would be sent. However, it never arrived.
Eventually, my calls stopped going through altogether, and it appears my number may have been blocked.
This is a very basic and reasonable request, and the lack of follow-through and communication is completely unprofessional. I would strongly advise against staying here if you require reliable customer support or proper documentation."
