"The stay itself was acceptable, but the experience after checkout has been extremely disappointing. I was charged a mandatory local tax at the front desk and have been requesting a proper receipt for business purposes. I contacted the hotel multiple times, and on several phone calls I was told that the receipt would be sent. However, it never arrived. Eventually, my calls stopped going through altogether, and it appears my number may have been blocked. This is a very basic and reasonable request, and the lack of follow-through and communication is completely unprofessional. I would strongly advise against staying here if you require reliable customer support or proper documentation."

"お湯が使えないとわかっていながら、チェックインの際にスタッフの方はそれを教えてくれませんでした。そのため、蛇口を捻ったところ泥水がでて大変怖い思いをしました。また3人で予約していたにもかかわらず、ベッドを含め全てが2人分しか用意されず、受付に追加の用意を依頼してもベッドは受付でよいが、コップや水はレストランに電話してほしいとたらい回しにされました。何も宿泊客のことを考えていないホテルだと感じました。長い旅路を癒そうと良いホテルを選んだのに、これまでのホテルで一番最悪の思い出となりました。"
