The rooms are a little dated however it adds to its charm. It is a great a d quiet place to stay. Very relaxing along with great staff and food options.

First and foremost, the hotel itself is very nice. Our room was beautiful, the ambiance was lovely, and housekeeping was good. We also had some genuinely great staff members. Mustafa at the front desk was helpful and friendly, Abd Ebrihim the bellhop was very kind, and the animation team was lovely and always tried to include my fiancé and me in activities, which meant a lot. Unfortunately, service from some of the wait staff was very lackluster. There were multiple times where it took almost the entire meal to receive a drink or we would sit down and no one would approach us, while other guests received noticeably quicker and more attentive service. My fiancé and I are Black Americans, and it was hard not to notice what felt like a difference in how we were treated compared with guests who appeared to be of European descent. I cannot say for certain whether this was because we were American, Black, or something else, but we both noticed it. Some other guests also made us uncomfortable with frequent staring and unfriendly behavior. I do not blame the hotel for their guests, but I want to be transparent for future travelers. We have traveled all over the world and stayed at many hotels and all-inclusives, and neither of us has ever felt this consistently uncomfortable. The property itself is beautiful, but the inconsistent service and atmosphere affected our experience.
