If you don't fill out the form they send before you arrive then expect to be waiting a long time as you communicate with them over whatsapp. Also, if you do fill out the form then it still might not work. "High standard in every aspect. Only there for one night unfortunately but we were upgraded and given complimentary breakfast too. Fabulous, central location with great staff. Made use of the gym and the pool and ate in the restaurant where again the food and service were exceptional."
