1) Though on the non-smoking floor, the room had smell of cigarettes. After complaint, quick action was taken by the hotel, which was good, 2) The door was thin and voices on the corridor was heard of; need warning sign or door thickening. 3) The check-in counter did not provide a memo indicating Wifi password upon check-in and was forced to ask for it after going up to the room only to find there was no such information provided within the room. 4) No view was available, only dirty looks of internal part of the buildings.

部屋は清潔、お湯も水圧も問題なし、スタッフのサービスも良かったです。各駅の近くなので立地の良さで選びましたが、お祈りの音で目が覚める事もありませんでした。

The room was clean, but there were noticeable issues with broken facilities such as the elevator and the pool
