All were excellent. Staff, Services, Their Characters Particularly the manager Mr. Memet, Coner, Mohammed and Mrs Narmin. They were so friendley that I still remember their names. The alley where this hotel is in is a little out dated but it has nothing to do with this Hotel and their staff. Actually they are so good that you totally forget about these weak point. Totally I'd recomend this hotel if you deserve respect.

My stay at the hotel was decent overall, but it didn’t quite stand out in any major way. The staff were polite and generally helpful when needed, though the interactions felt a bit routine rather than especially warm or memorable.

Our reservation was for a double room with Bosphorus view, for my surprise they upgraded my room for a suite with a king and bed room, a balcony with a beautiful view of the Bosphorus. The staff were so friendly. The location is a little bit far from the interesting points to visit so I recommend to use public transportation which is very easy and economic service.
I recommend the hotel is you want luxury hotel with beautiful views, this is for you.
