It was a chilly day in Istanbul and they were kind enough to get us extra heaters to warm the rooms up even more. Large and clean rooms. "We had a wonderful time at Hotel Poem!!! We stayed last month and had an amazing experience - Eren (the receptionist) was such a joy to be around and made us feel right at home every day. The Turkish breakfast was delightful, with new and different items every morning. Location is unbeatable, just steps away from Hagia Sophia/Blue Mosque/Basilica Cistern. Hagia Sophia also has a tram stop, so it made getting to the rest of the city also very easy. 10/10 recommend!"

"I booked this hotel for my mom. First of all, it is great that they accept 3rd party bookings - I was able to pay for her stay with US card without me actually being there. Hotel itself has great location close to the Blue and Haga Sofia mosques. Some rooms have few of the Bosphorus. Staff is very friendly and kind. My mom arrived with 7 am flight, and they were able to accommodate her right away and even provided the breakfast as soon as she arrived at the property. Will definitely recommend...
