"The hotel was really nice, clean and almost brand-new. The most comfiest beds, best staff members, very nice environment with cats, and a delicious breakfast by Melahat.
Mert took care of any need and so did Ahmet & Eren, no matter what time of the day or night it was. Go to this hotel, it is SOO worth it."
"Staff were amazing - so friendly, informative and willing to assist. Amazing breakfast daily, full Turkish offering to sit back and enjoy in the Terrace. Great location, convenient to all major attractions."
"Great hotel and staff!
The room has a great location, with 10% discount at the restaurant and free bottles of water, tea, coffee and baclava is definitely a plus on the staying.
Totally recommend!"
"This is the best hotel you can get in this area...it is very convinient to walk to all the attractions in the oldtown. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean. It is worth every penny. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and I will come back here again next time. "
"Stayed in December
Staff are excellent and lean over backwards to help.
Accommodation I was everything required and was qyiet even though it’s a busy location with lots of good bars and restaurants to choose from.
Location is fantastic for all the big tourist sites, no more than 15 minutes even for pier for Bosporus cruises or the Topkapi palace.
Would be my first choice when I return to Istanbul."

Sultanhan Hotel - Special Class
10/10 Excellent
"I liked the staff. The place is old and a bit tired looking.."
"Personnel are very friendly, we (my family and I ) had some special requests and personnel did all in their hands to comply. Great breakfast. Very happy with the hotel.
Thank you for all your attention "
"This was the perfect spot to stay in Sultanahmet. A short walk to both the blue mosque or the grand bazaar and only 1 min walk to a tram stop it gives you already access to all the main tourist spots in Sultanahmet.
The staff at the hotel were super friendly and helpful and upgraded us to joining rooms which was much appreciated. The best thing about the hotel was the room sizes which were huge by Istanbul standards.
I’ve been to Istanbul many times and this was the best hotel I’ve stayed in! "
"
We had a great experience at the Ajwa hotel in Istanbul. The hotel is quiet and elegant, staff are polite and helpful, the hotel rooms are well maintained and staff are willing to provide a great service to meet all your needs. The quality of breakfast is superb! A big thank you to Abdul Rehman for all his efforts during breakfast every morning. We had a great stay at the Ajwa hotel, my only criticism is that I felt that the air conditioning in our room (207) wasn’t a five star hotel standard! When returning to our room after a day out in the scorching 36 degrees the AC was not sufficient to cool you down quickly. Also, if you have mobility issues then the location might not be for you but the rest is absolutely 5 stars. "
