Everything was great, especially the hotel's location and the attitude of the hotel staff. Only during our stay, they were installing sensors and fire alarm buttons, which was annoying due to the sound of the workers' drills (maybe this will have stopped during your stay), but since the hotel's location was great, I wasn't bothered by the noise pollution at all.

The stay here was great! The staff was wonderful very welcoming from the front desk, chef, the waitresses, cleaning ladies. The location was great almost all the important tourist locations were walking distance and a lot of restaurants walking distance the hotel is literally in the heart of the tourist stuff. The breakfast was very good we enjoyed. We would absolutely stay here again! :) Thank you to all the staff at the hotel

Me and my husband stayed here for our first trip to Istanbul, it was a good hotel but quite old- not what we were use to. However the staff were friendly and hospitable. We would recommend as the location was ideal.

Extremely small room, noisy, not clean enough, very little facilities for the price you pay, Shower was blocked, fridge did not work for our whole stay, we complaint and it was not resolved, very basic breakfast, just one type of squash in breakfast and no juice, just whole fruits in the counter and one small plate of cut oranges with no selection at all. Will not recommend it for the money you pay. the only good thing was the location and a staff member at reception EMRF was very hellpful and polite.

Staff is unique! Excellent attention. Totally supportive. Since breakfast, attention from Mine. Ozgur at the reception area who guides and provide support in a great manner. Cleaning is excellent! The hotel is close to transportation and very good places to eat. Also, the hotel is close to Basilic cistern, Hagya Sophia and Blue Mosque. I feel as at home with all attention from staff. Definitely I will be back to this hotel. I am very thankful to all! !!🫶💕❤️

Well located in the old town, the hotel is walking distance to all major sites in that area. Very close to the Tram too. A great option for a city break. The hotel is spotlessly clean and reasonably appointed for the price. A good breakfast sets the day on the roof top terrace watching the sun rise over the city

Very close to many important sights, like blue mosque, hagia sophia, etc. It was clean, but the room was super small. The staff was nice and organized a boat trip for us. The restaurant was nice and had a beautiful rooftop view. The breakfast was so-so.
