Great hotel, what I like the most is all the attention I received from the personnel , specially Emir, he was so helpful and provided great recommendations of what to see and where to go, he went beyond and provided tasty snacks for our very early day tour, I loved the place and the kindness of the workers there 🤗

We had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff was absolutely amazing so kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to help us organize all our activities and made everything easy and stress-free, allowing us to simply relax and enjoy our stay. I have stayed at many hotels in different countries, but I have never experienced such exceptional hospitality. The hotel is comfortable, convenient, and peaceful, away from the noise. We felt very well taken care of from the moment we arrived. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The hotel was wonderful. I give it my highest recommendations. Rooms were very clean, A/C was perfect. Breakfast was good. Location was AMAZING. It was close to all major attractions. But hotel staff toped it all off. They were extremely helpful and attentive. Most specially, Mr. Batu and another staff whose name starts with F (a young genletman). If I ever go back to Istanbul, this is the place I will stay at and will recommend to all my friends.

The hotel was located perfectly for those visiting Istanbul for the first time with many of the city's major attractions within walking distance. The amenities and housekeeping were fine. What made our stay here so exceptional, however, was its concierge service. We were a big group, but Batuhan in particular was so helpful with securing rides, arranging boat cruise and reserving restaurants, etc. to make our Istanbul experience smooth and pleasant. If we have a chance to revisit this beautiful city, we will definitely choose to stay here again.

The best location in Istanbul, just a block in front of the blue Mosque, the most spectacular view in the world. Super safe area, public transportation that connects with every interesting place at only 1 block from the hotel also. Shopping center, coffee shops. Amazing!!!! The Staff went over and beyond, I wish I can remember all their names. Esfeven the waitress from breakfast a truly hospitality professionaI. The front desk, restaurant manager at dinner time… EVERYONE, definitely will come back to this hotel if I return to this wonderful city.

The best hospitality I’ve have ever experienced. Yasin and Kentucky were amazing. They went above and beyond for us. First time in Istanbul and I highly recommend this hotel only because of the staff. The rooms needs a little bit renovation. Everything else the view from the ninth floor is amazing. Highly recommend recommended.

The staff were excellent. Emir was beyond helpful and we really appreciated the customer service he gave us throughout the stay. He went above and beyond to help us. The only complaint is the condition of the bathrooms. It needs to be updated. Overall excellent stay and all the staff were incredible. We highly recommend!!
