「The location is perfect, close to Arasta Bazaar and Sultanahmet Square. Property is beautiful and clean; the staff was helpful when you’re able to find them. However, our AC stopped working out last night there and we were told there was nothing they could do. There were no other rooms available and no fans, we did not sleep.」

10mins walk to blue mosque and hipporodome, 2-3mins to kucuku ayasofya and sokull mehmetpasha mosque, it's so convenient but very quiet area. We could found bakery and grocery shops and...

「Overall oke 」

「I stayed in different hotels with better price in Istanbul. First of all there is no elevator in the building and due to bad design of stairs, its a big hassle to move luggages upstairs. The Tv had no channels, so it was completely useless. The Safe box was out of order too. Moreover, There was a intense sewage odor in the bathroom which could spread in the room. Overal not happy with the stay.」

「We reserved one week and we couldn't stay for only one night because the hotel was so dirty and the bathroom so tiny and I wasn't able to use and moldy, I requested refund for whatever they can offer and they refused to pay anything back and we left, Hotel must be outside Expedia!」

「Very bad and the staff not helpful」

「I recommend! The room is cozy, good location and the staff is excellent. They even helped me ordering food because the apps didn’t accept foreign phone numbers.」
