"I think this was a pretty solid stay based on the location and price of the hotel room. The staff was excellent and very helpful during the checking in process. The only off putting thing was finding hair, that was not ours, as soon as getting in the room. There was some on the sink and some on the table desk. Finding somebody else’s hair kind of made the room not feel clean imo. I didn’t bother complaining and just sanitized everything. The hotel was a bit smaller than other rooms I’ve stayed in throughout Tokyo, but not surprising. Aside from that, the checking out process was simple and easy. "

"I stayed in several APA hotels during my trip to Japan and it wonderful. While the rooms are not large, they’re very efficient. The bed was comfortable and the amenities they provided such as fresh towels daily, small toiletries such as tooth brushes, shower caps, and cotton swabs were so so appreciated and convenient! There is shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided that I was able to use even with very sensitive skin! This location is quiet, but very well located! The staff were incredibly helpful and patient with me when working through my limited Japanese and there always seemed to be someone on staff who was fluent and able to step in and help if needed. When I come back to Japan, I’ll be staying in an APA property! "
