「Terribly disappointing . We booked this pool home to enjoy a week with our 2 sons and couldn’t use the pool as the heater was broken . We tried for a few days to get answers regarding the pool and staff were indifferent . I asked to speak with a Manager and they didn’t even have the courtesy to call back .
