「My husband and i stayed here for 5 days, and we had a wonderful time! From Rosa at the front desk who took care of us and made sure we had a beautiful room with a stunning view to Junior the pool concierge who had our cabanas ready every morning and checked on us. Danny at The Reef made sure the drinks kept flowing and Wander kept us inform of all the activities. We had a beautiful time! Everyone was attentive, and made sure we enjoyed our vacation. 」

「The resort overall was beautiful. Rooms were spacious clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the swim ups. Service definitely had its ups and downs. I’m someone that doesn’t like to spend hours at dinner. It would sometimes take an hour and a half to complete dinner. Room service was very slow. Most people call this island time, I’m just more fast paced( taking away from pool time). Pool drink service was on point. They remember what ur drinking and you never had to worry about an empty glass. Food...

「Love the infinity pool. Love the fitness center. Disappointed with Tacos & Tequila. My taco was dry and the lime slices were dry--not a drop of juiice came out of all three of them. I got the Chichen first on the list. Been before and was better. Room cleanup missed and called at 6 p.m. and they sent someone to service and much appreciated. Missed my room snack two days. Still won't keep us from coming back. 」

「Everything was excellent. Food was much better than typical all inclusive. Beautiful facility, beach, and helpful staff. The room was a little musty (just that humid/island smell). You can get aromatherapy oils to burn from your butler. 」

「Very nice place. Even though it is very important to have staff members who speak different languages. I am totally bilingual but my partner is not, so it was difficult to communicate in many occasions. Need to find Spanish speakers in the staff. 」

「Every single thing inside the property was perfect unfortunately the road to access the property is dangerous, we never left the hotel but during the ride from the airport and to the airport we witnessed 5 accidents. The saddest part involved a dog killed by a car when she was trying to feed her puppies…. Road conditions are terrible 」

「Overall beautiful resort. We loved the food at the buffets and the restaurants. Everything we had to eat was amazing. The resort is not beach front.However, they take you on a golf cart ride to their other resort within the property palma real which has the beach access but its quick. Their is a beach front restaurant there called alulu that you can dine in for breakfast and lunch and you have access to beach chairs as well.
