Our concierge (Jose) was very attentive to supply basic needs like replenish room mini bar, coffee, and restaurant reservations. Pool entertainment and swim bar staff were very good. The food quality at all restaurants and service is sub standard based on our experience over 25 years visiting other DR and Mexico Mayan Rivera/Talum resorts.

The rooms could use a bit of an update, but honestly for the price it was exactly what we imagined! The staff were friendly and helpful, the buffet was good, pools were great. It was nice and calm, not too crowded or overrun with people. The beach had the seaweed or whatever it’s called but still lots of beach to walk and lay down. I wish there were a couple more restaurants but other than that it was a solid resort, very nice for couples 10/10 for sure! I would definitely come back here.

This resort was truly amazing to stay at everything was clean. The staff were truly amazing. Anytime we needed help we asked anyone we saw and they would help us immediately. I’m not sure why this property does not have many reviews yet, but I would recommend everyone to check them out. The pool was beautiful. The only thing I have to say is considering they have an adult only side. The pool does close very early as well as the pool bar. In my opinion since it’s for adult, I’d recommend you’d keep it on longer. You definitely have more people checking you out other than that it’s amazing. The restaurants were amazing. I know people complain about all inclusive, not having good food, but the food we had was amazing.

We had a wonderful stay at El Beso at Ocean El Faro. The adults-only section was peaceful and relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind. Our room was spacious, very clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Housekeeping did an excellent job throughout our stay. The food was very good, with several restaurants to choose from, and the drinks were good for an all-inclusive resort. Most importantly, the staff was friendly and welcoming. We would especially like to recognize our butler, José Miguel, who made our vacation even more enjoyable. He was always attentive, checked on us every day to make sure everything was going well, handled all of our restaurant reservations, and was always willing to help with anything we needed. His excellent service and professionalism truly made a difference in our experience. Overall, we had an amazing vacation and would definitely return. We highly recommend El Beso at Ocean El Faro to anyone looking for a relaxing adults-only all-inclusive resort with excellent service and comfortable accommodations.

We had a wonderful stay at this resort! The staff was friendly and attentive, the facilities were clean and well-maintained, and there was always something to do. The food selection was excellent, with a great variety of options available throughout our stay. Every meal offered something different, and the quality was consistently good. The only downside was the beach. Unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations compared to the rest of the resort experience. However, everything else was fantastic and made up for it. Overall, we had a great vacation and would definitely consider returning.

Lovely grounds! Beautiful room and hotel staff was nice. The upstairs hot tub took forever to fill up and the water was warm at best. The food was decent at the hotel. My favorite was the steakhouse and getting a fresh omelet for breakfast. Also, for the restaurants needing a reservation, it took a while for our helper to respond back to us with a confirmed reservation for the time requested.

This is a fabulous resort. Food was on point. The staff goes out of their way whether it be bartenders waitress housekeeping they are all fantastic. The only downfall is if you want a chair or a cabana by the pool, you have to get up by 6 AM.

My butler José Miguel Jiménez De Jesús was very helpful in assisting me to arrange dinner reservations at the restaurants. He is quick and responsive. The resort is huge! Tons of activities to do. Tons of restaurants. Gym facility had basic equipments and very spacey. Pools are big and great food. From buffet style to room service. Many restaurants we tried such as Sakura, Steakhouse and Route 66 were very good. We had an amazing time at Route 66 diner and the BBQ food and milkshakes were delicious. Friendly staff service. Although there is one disappointment, the beach in front of the resort has tons of seaweed and smells disgusting. I never saw a beach in Punta Cana so dirty. Very disappointed and unhappy
