"Very nice property however personalization needs to be picked up as when the hotel is busy they don’t know what they’re doing, and also at the breakfast lounge a woman waitier sighed agresivly which was very rude and unprofessional."

"The staff was amazing- excellent customer service. From front desk, to spa, to house keeping, to waiters, to porters- wonderful interactions. Breakfast was great- loved the omelettes. It was clear that pastries were a day or two old at times and butter tasted like fridge once. That is ok. The view from the breakfast room looked wonderful but it’s really just of the soccer stadium (see photo attached). Unfortunately the room description was very misleading. Our view was a sliver of the Bosphorus....

"We had a garden room initially, but the walls were very thin and not sound proof, so we asked to be moved into the hotel and it was far nicer, modern, sound proof and clean. The staff were very helpful moving us. The car parking was a bit frustrating - we were told that the car parking would be included in the bill when we checked out, but when we drove to leave, we were told it hadn’t been paid - seemed to be a lack of communication more than anything.
