Although the hotel was away from most attractions, the hotel offered free shuttles which made touring convenient. The property is older but has a beautiful view! No air conditioning which was the biggest negative for us. Best breakfast we had!

It had plenty of rooms for the convention delegates near the Halifax center. They seemed to have enough staff. The beds were comfortable with clean accomodations. The bathrooms were a bit damaged and could use an update. Some tiles were broken and silicon over moldy parts in the shower. The breakfast was enough. Not very tasty but lots of options. Nothing a little hot sauce or salt couldn’t fix. This place is up a high hill. Please keep this in mind if you are bringing luggage and walking.

Property could do a deep clean. U can tell it is a good hotel butstains on carpwt, smwll of amoke deapite non smoking rooms, lobby needs major dusting . Lighting should be addressed too. Bit grey and drab.

My staying in this hotel was very poor. Breakfast is not so good as it was written in reviews, very ordinary one, lack of fruits during season, coffe was made from powder, so cappuccino was disgusting, i could find only coffe with milk not so bad. For five star hotel we should have bedclothes in the room, clean carpet and more water but unfortunately

Nice Gem in Golden Horns

Hotel was amazing. Staff incredible. Breakfast was adequate and location was as expected. Plus 10/10 for Pool and Spa. Only issue I had was with AC. It maintains 23C brilliantly but I prefer 20C or below so room was slightly warm.

The hotel was new, clean and specially have a good services. To me, the service is the most important item in hotels. The breakfast was very good. The view of my room was very beautiful. The staff and the crew were kind and deft. It is necessary to appreciate and thank Mrs. Yeliz Honic , Guest Relation Manager for her kind hospitality. She would always in the morning , with cheerful and smiling face , greet every guest that would make them good feeling. Of course other staff were good, kind and specialised as Mrs. Yesim Ayten , Guest Relation Executive and all others I had a good time at the hotel.

We stayed for 9 nights but the staff was not that friendly they did not ask how was our staying going nothing even at check out! Customer service is poor we stayed very long nights and do not know any of their names which is bad no good attitude. We asked to clean my room not my mother's room but they cleaned my mother's room despite of do not disturb sign and they did not clean my twin room one day. One day they forgot to take the rubbish after cleaning. The room is like dark not a single light at all on the ceiling.

The staff was incredible. Mohammad was extremely helpful, very kind and welcoming from the moment I stepped into the property. He helped me with my luggage and explained everything about the hotel and the dining options. He has a heart of gold. Pinar was the lady who made sure my room was clean and I had enough tea, coffe and water at all the time. She was so kind. Thank you so much, Pinar. Vidat at the front desk was very helpful as well. He kindly accommodated all my requests and needs. Feruza, Anil and Mohammad 2 were also great at customer service. They were all very professional and kind. I loved the food in the restaurant. It was a great stay at Dosso Dossi. Thank you all so much.

Hotel Pros Good Staff professional and friendly Good value for money we paid £485 gbp for 7 nights Hotel room service every night The reception staff always help and are available when you call them Cons They offer a free bus Service to Taksim square in morning 9.30,10,30,11,30 am but this is only one way so you have to pay for a taxi back Room worn down Staines on carpet lamps and stained phone and cobwebs on glass of balcony doors Pool was not working for 2 days Sauna out of service for week Have to pay 300 lira for swimming cap as you won’t be able to use pool Same breakfast- limited choice Pools can be used during limited times Around hotel very run down local area Have to climb a step slope to get to hotel if waking around local area Tips in turkey Carry water, phone charger, tissue,Turkish money and wear trainers and have a portable fan ( must) Don’t buy any goods especially perfume from men walking around pretending to sell genuine perfume on streets Never pay full price haggle or you will get ripped off The ice cream from men who wear fancy waistcoats and play ice cream tricks can be up to 20 pound !! The taxi service will rip you off - use local transport and remember to use uber instead of bitaksi ( they take long routes to charge you more by metre and multiple the taxi fee) Don’t think staff of hotels will give to honest recommendations as very money orientated

Het personeel doet zijn best om te dienen met de middelen die hen wordt ter beschikking gesteld, ze zijn altijd vriendelijk, beleefd en proberen altijd te helpen. Zolang het hotel niet gerenoveerd wordt, zal ik niet nog eens reserveren.

Buffet hervorragend suoer auswahl und reichlich.Was mich gestört hat war 1. Etage von fenster gegen eine wand zu gucken und zimmerteppich sehr schmutzig

Hotel war angenehm und gut. Lage ist auch gut, alles schnell zu erreichen. Dennoch ist um das Hotel selber wenig an Angebot. Bei dem Verkehr in ganz Istanbul ist es schwierig tagsüber kurz mal einzuchecken im Zimmer uns sich fraich zu machen.
