Bi tek kahvaltısı baya kötüydü rezervasyonda oda kahvaltı dahil diyo fakat alakası yok aşağı mutfağa inince de kahvaltınız mı var diye soruluyo, kahvaltı da yapmasanız daha iyi zaten 😂 onun dışında temizlik odalar falan gayet iyiydi "

"Rezervasyona 1 saat kala Ece Suite’te odanın kombisinin bozuk olduğu söylenerek Kumsal Hotel’e yönlendirildik. Daha küçük bir odaya alındık, itiraz edince önce “yok” denilen başka bir odaya geçtik. İkinci gün kaloriferler kapatıldı, açılamayacağı söylendi ve tekrar oda değiştirildi. Son odada klima yetersizdi, istediğimiz battaniye bile getirilmedi. Sürekli oda değişimi ve ısınma sorunu nedeniyle konaklama son derece konforsuzdu."
