The hotel was beautiful very nice location the hotel staff are extremely friendly and polite I actually can’t complain about anything definitely will be booking to stay in this hotel again also breakfast is amazing and very helpful and cater for everyone I have a gluten intolerance and was very well looked after

This was one of the best stays we’ve had in Istanbul. Never having stayed in Taksim Sq and with a car, we appreciated the valet parking and relatively very easy access off the highway. The location is great to be able to walk and take public transport to most of the great sights. We were upgraded to a large suite and everything from the bedroom, walking closet and large bathroom were superb. The welcome note, fast check in, and snacks in room, with discrete and efficient service were wonderful. Staff were uniformly friendly especially our the guest attendant who took us to our room, welcomed us to the city and showed us the room. It was really a nice welcome in a city and country where hospitality is already very strong. Superb breakfast buffet and service. Finally, the view from the hotel over the city and Bosporus was wonderful. Watch the narrow lanes around the hotel if you’re driving, many dead ends, one ways. Not easy or practical for self parking.

A Dream Stay

Staying at this hotel was an unforgettable experience! The staff were friendly and professional, the restaurant and bar were excellent, and our suite was clean, comfortable, and had a stunning sea view. Every detail was thoughtfully designed, making our stay truly relaxing. I would definitely stay here again!
