Excellent value for the price. Great Bomonti neighbourhood with lots of food options. A special thanks to the incredibly helpful staff; Sule, Maraz and Mohammed. Always there to help out and to help get great rates on taxis and airport rides. Cleaning staff were also super helpful. Room was very clean. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks again staff!! The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The whole place is clean and well-maintained. It is however quite a walk and a couple of Metro stops away from the main attractions.

Stayed here for a week in April while we visited various dentists. The hotel was conveniently located close to most of the clinics. I would highly recommend getting the breakfast included package, as breakfast was wonderful and lots of variety. Not many cafes within walking distance, so that was convenient. Overall staff here was great and we had a great stay.

Really lovely hotel in a quiet location which is great for a good night at sleep away from the hustle and bustle of areas like Taksim. Breakfast was fine, a variety of fruits, cheese, celissants, bread, and cold meats. The room was made up everyday with fresh, clean towels. The staff were very helpful when we were planning trips to areas, helping us with what locations to put into the BiTaksi app or even Google maps. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel staff was exceptionally brilliant helping us with taxi services, providing a good room and anything we needed help with, had great breakfast every day We had amazing time Mohammed was really help full and spoke good English and guided us with all our inquiries and kept our Luggage are check out and have us space to change before we went to airport It was really 5 star Service we had by all the hotel staff. This was my first time booking Gleam hotel and stay at sisli district. We used to live in Istanbul some 8 years back around Levent. Istanbul and whole of Turkey wasnt new for us. The hotel staff is very helpful. But the taxi service I would advise look yourselves. Breakfast was okay i have been to a load of turkish hotels before so considering it 4 star should have more options and consistency. Over all goods . The property needs some sides of maintenance. Rooms are good sized. Beds were spring mattress so ky back has ossues and I was unable to sleep but thats very personal issue if mine so anyone havibg back issues can either speak to the hotel or see your options.. Rest of the family members throughly enjoyed. Staff also helped us to be on the same floor as I had my kids in other room . Thanks ❤️
