One night stay

I only stayed for one night as I had to leave early but my stay was relaxing and comfortable. Provided with toiletries which was very much appreciated. Check in was smooth with no issues, hotel was beautiful.

We stayed here for a night and we had a very pleasant experience. The hotel has it’s own parking spots and there is a taxi point across the street. The hotel has a rooftop terrace/restaurant with an amazing view on the city and the prince Islands. The rooms and facilities are good. The breakfast was delicious. Furthermore the staff is very friendly and helpful. We’d especially like to express our gratitude to Mr. Erkan and Mr. Ayberk for making our stay and check-out pleasant.

unprofessional check-in lack of information no upgrade though when I asked the receptionist told me this is a superior level ( level 8 ), not the room no discount on food and drinks despite I informed myself. I told my room number wrong while ordering at room service, the one who answered the phone yelled at me on the phone because I said the wrong room number ( the receptionist connected the call so if had asked the receptionist the could easily have answered. After reservation, I texted on Expedia and asked if there is electric charging station is the hotel they said yes, which is true but you need your own cable, which I did not know, And the hotel charges the guest for parking , which is not normal as I stay over several well branded hotels where they don't.

Otele check-in saatinden erken gitmek zorunda kaldık. Resepsiyondaki robot bey hiç yardımcı olamayacağını iletti. Sanki birşeyler ona kodlanmış ve onun dışına çıkamayıyor gibi... Otel, check-in saatinden önce misafir kabul etmek zorunda değil evet fakat küçük çocuğumuz vardı hazırlanıp hemen çıkmamız gerektiğini söyledik ancak hiç esneklik göstermedi. Otel müşterisi olmamiza rağmen otoparka her giriş çıkışta ücret ödemek zorunda kaldık. Bizim için kötü bir deneyimdi. Tekrar tercih etmeyeceğim bir otel olacağı kesin.. We had to arrive at the hotel before check-in time. The robot at the front desk told us he couldn't help us at all. It's as if something has been hard-coded into him and he can't get around it. Yes, the hotel isn't obligated to accept guests before check-in time, but we told him we had a small child with us and needed to get ready and leave immediately, but he was completely inflexible. Also that Despite being hotel guests, we had to pay a parking fee every time we entered and exited. It was a terrible experience for us. It's definitely not a hotel I'll choose again.

I did not like this hotel after getting a real guest service from a different hotel at the same time just a week ago. This hotel was Terribly overpriced for what you get. The room was nothing special, but the worst part was the valet service. They charged me without informing ahead of time. Also they did not mention anything at all, about the perks such as the food discount or room upgrade.

Sehr gute preiswerte Unterkunft. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und sehr schnell. Sowohl beim Check-In, als auch bei Bestellungen aufs Zimmer. Zimmer hat eine sehr schöne Aussicht und ist genügend gross. Nur das Licht im Bad und Zimmer sind etwas ungünstig platziert (schlechte Belichtung und etwas dunkel). Das war aber kein grosses Problem.

Vasat

Yol kenarı olduğu için gürültü oluyor. Klima motorlarının sesi çok fazlaydı cam kapalı olsa bile ses geliyordu. Banyoda duşakabinden dışarıya su sızıyordu ve tuvalet lavabo kullanılamaz hale geliyordu. Duş başlığı bozuktu hortum kısmından su akıtıyordu. Yalnızca birer havlu vardı ve çok inceydi. Baş havlusu yoktu. İlk gün oda kartımız çalışmadı kat görevlisi odayı bize açtı. Resepsiyonu aradığımızda ilgileneceklerini söylediler ama gelen giden olmadı. Kat görevlisine tekrar söylediğimizde resepsiyonu aradı ve bizim aşağıya inmemiz gerektiğini söylediler. Biz sormasak daha kart bekleyecektik yani. Yatak çok sallanıyordu. Mini buzdolabında sadece 2 su vardı. Ekstra birşey almak isterseniz lobiye inmeniz gerekiyor. Otopark var diye tercih ettik ama otopark 50 Tl ücretli ve her giriş çıkışta tekrar tekrar alınıyor. Valeye vermek isterseniz 350 tl. Odaya ilk girdiğimizde ağır bir sigara kokusu vardı. Temizlik olarak iyiydi. Manzarası güzeldi adalar gözüküyordu. Lokasyon olarak bizim açımızdan çok iyiydi. Otele girdikten sonra akşam fiyatına baktığımda bizim rezervasyon yaptığımız fiyattan daha düşük bir fiyatta olduğunu gördük. Genel olarak bir daha tercih etmeyeceğimiz bir otel.
