The room was beautifully spacious, impeccably clean, and extremely comfortable. My son especially loved enjoying his own onsen experience in the bathtub, which made our stay even more memorable. The refillable water provided by the hotel was another thoughtful convenience that we truly appreciated. The frequent shuttle service to Karuizawa train station added great ease to our travels and enhanced the overall experience. "We enjoyed our stay. Great staff and service. Very clean and a good dinner buffet. The hotel is a bit of a hike uphill. Google maps might tell you to approach from the right, go behind the hotel and come around to the entrance. This route has a bunch of uneven steps and is somewhat steep. It’s better to approach from the left side up a paved road with an even incline."
