"Not a really user-friendly tap in the toilet. 1 pillow by default, but you can request for more. No housekeeping for 3 nights or below (only every 4th day). The room gets bright by 5+ (sun rises) even with curtains drawn. Location is within 7mins walk from Matsumoto station and decent breakfast buffet. "

"This is a lovely hotel which is really convenient for the train station. Staff are lovely and the room was clean and spacious. We have stayed here twice now and would always choose the hotel when in Nagano. "
