「We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the Feversham Arms. This is one of the most welcoming hotels. Staff are friendly and always great you with a smile and meet your needs on every request. The spa is wonderful, we used the facilities each day of our stay. The hotel is perfectly situated in Helmsley. It is opposite the Cleveland way, we walked to Rievaulx Abbey and back with was a lovely walk. Our Anniversary dinner was excellent, the flavours popped in your mouth and the whole culinary experience...

「Lovely designed rooms, felt very expensive and a touch of elegance too with bath salts robes etc… Situated in a beautiful village with a lot of history, convenient to Scarborough too, a 40 min walk or a 4 minute drive away from the north side coast. 」

「Obviously anywhere that makes their own sour dough bread, is the place to stay. Nothing was too much trouble for Pascale. Lovely welcome, great room, quiet and plenty of space. Good shower. Breakfast - apart from the Kelloggs offering- yuk…_is freshly made and a good selection. The location of Cawthorne House is brilliant, easy to walk into the centre. Nice walk to Thornton-le-Dale. Also has a car park round the back, so handy.」

「Stayed here on a solo visit whilst visiting Scarborough open air Theatre, the room was lovey and great value , the bed was so comfy I slept till 9am . This was a lovely stay & would stay here again . Thank you 」

「Great location, lovely owners, clean and comfortable. The free WiFi was great, as signal was limited. Parking on arrival was a bit difficult but that was to be expected as it was the bank holiday weekend and it was packed, it calmed down during the week.」

「Rebecca is the best! Whatever you want/need she’s there! Had a problem with the bedside lamp - she fixed it, injured my knee, she fed me (not for free I hasten to add before scores of people want the same!). She cooked my breakfast and made sure I was made to feel VERY welcome. Sort of sorry to leave!」
