"Great location with beach just over the road. Was like a tranquil oasis away from the great hustle and bustle of Krabi. Spa experiences were amazing after adventure days island hopping."

"Super convenient location, on the main Krabi high street to go shopping and access to your own portion of the beach - however it is not a private access. The beach is still available to the public to walk along, the beach deck chairs and tables are raised on an elevated position that is for hotel guests only. Rooms were beautiful, had a lovely tropical feel to them, although a few wear and tear. Breakfast food was lovely too."

Our third stay here and my primary choice if you are staying downtown/main pier/tonsai. Place is loud till 2am, eventhough it is one of the furtherest locations from slinky bar in town. The more expensive pool rooms actually are the loudest as I stayed there my first time. Avoid even if offered for upgrade, rooms all pretty identical. 400 block and back are about as quiet as you can get. Nicest hotel in the city without a doubt, based on amenities/staff/pool. Comes at a premium because of it,...

The staff, location and views could nit be better however the tide can impact arrivals so be prepared to be shuttles by a dinghy at times of extreme low tide. Not a big deal overall but a consideration nonetheless. The property is on the side of a mountain providing unequivocal views and breezes but with theses benefits come plenty of stairs and some uphill to rooms but a vehicle is available to shuttle guests so problem conquered. An amazing place overall. Would return tomorrow!

From the airport pick up til the warm fare well, everything was super well organised by Mandy and her crew.
We stayed in the 8pers bungalow with the private pool and had a great time. there are 3 separate buildings, two of them have a queen sized bed and bathrooms and the other has 2 rooms with a queen and a shared bathroom. The pic shows the very spacious living-kitchen area. In the middle of these 4 buildings there's the pool.

Fantastisk beliggenhed, dejlig fin strand i den vestlige side. Lidt larm fra Long tails.

My wife and me stayed there for 4 nights and we didn't want to leave. The hotel is beautiful, located in a quiet place and our biggest problem was deciding whether to go to the beach or to one of the 2 swimming pools.

Great hotel and centrally located in town with easy access to the beach. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The gym needs a little updating. Wonderful pool!

The Ban Sainai was like staying on a tropical island. It is very spread out, but the staff were always ready to drive you from your room to the pool or reception area. The breakfasts were very good as were the meals at the pool. The pool was absolutely gorgeous and we spent plenty of time there. The resort has a regular shuttle schedule to take you to the beach. This was an awesome experience to stay at the Ban Sainai.

Hotel is on East Railay, but it is only a short walk to West Railay and Phanang Beach. It is waterfront on East Railay. The facilities are wonderful--infinity pool, dining, rooms. The rooms are divided into the economy rooms (a short walk) and the more superior rooms (very close to dining and pool). We were upgraded without hesitation when we had an issue with our room (staff immediately addressed the issue and upgraded us without having to be asked). There is a difference between the...

Amazing staff and villa will make your stay luxurious and seamless. We had the most accomadting stay with Alanta Villa and I highly recommend staying their if you are ever in Koh Lanta. They picked us up from the Pier at no charge. The head staff member gave us a local cell phone to have and use during our stay to make things easy in contacting them. They have great food and staff was so fast to respond and acomadate you with whatever you need for example food delivery they handle for you,...

OMG! What is not to like?! This property was beyond stunning!! Surrounded by lush beauty. Safe area to walk around for an early morning coffee and just sit with the locals. Walking distance to beach and food and shops.
The hotel itself was beautiful. Pool a lovely welcome after a day in the heat. Staff were beyond friendly and helpful and they remember you daily. Greeted with a juice upon arrival. Food was delicious. Everything was perfect and the best amenities during our trip to...
