「I stayed at the Riu Palace. The rooms were terrible. Outdated, stains on the walls, paint chipping on tables, old moldy smells, and filled with bugs. The bugs come from being in the mountains and surrounded by many trees. Unbeknownst to me they are closing this location for renovations September 1, 2026. I think they will reopen next year after March sometime. Wait until then to plan a visit. Other than the room, the resort is nice. Other areas are well maintained. The staff are exceptional. The...

「ホテルの前のビーチは白い砂浜でとても綺麗でした。 スタッフの笑顔も対応も良かったのですが、チェックイン時にレストランに予約したのに、予約されていなかったり、プールサイドでの飲食が可能なホテルでしたが、注文を取りに来るスタッフがいなくて、わざわざ自分で注文に行ってまた持って戻ってくるのは面倒でした。 ホテルは広い敷地なので、カートで送迎してもらうのですが、チェックアウトで送迎を呼んでも30分も外で待っていました。 でも、なによりスタッフの笑顔が良かったので良しとしましょう。」

「Overall, I had a really good time. The food was actually very good compared to some of the reviews that I saw that mentioned it was mediocre. The transportation staff were top-tier and their driving abilities are unmatched. The only thing is that I did call and asked for the in room snacks to be stocked, but that was never done during my time.」
