「There are multiple food options. The food was good. However, a dress code and booking is required to eat at maybe 2 or 3 of the restaurants. The staff were super helpful and very invested in my experience. They wanted to be sure we had a great time. Housekeeping came daily and made sure everything was cleaned/restocked. I enjoyed my stay here and will definitely return. 」

「Our stay was excellent. The food options were great. The buffet had a variety of options. The restaurants were nice. I really liked the Italian restaurant (Milan). The Asian restaurant Geisha was average. We didn’t make it to the steakhouse but heard that it was good. The bed was comfortable and rooms are spacious. The front desk staff and everyone was really helpful. They had really nice entertainment shows at night. 」

「The food was average but the steak house and the Asian restaurant were delicious. The service was mediocre, some servers were there just for a job as well as the bartenders. This is more of a relaxing resort not alot going on. They did have one fire show during a 7 day stay. I didn’t care for the music at the bars, it was instrumental. 」

「Everyone was wonderful! My husband lost his nice sunglasses at the airport and concierge helped him find a new pair that wasn’t 300. The kids area was perfect for my kids. We have a 3, 4, and 6 year old. Honestly, plan to book again which I never like to do to experience something new, but it actual gave me a break as a mom. 」

Luis and Mauricio from the concierge team were extremely helpful, checking in daily and assisting with last-minute restaurant reservations.
