「Worst hospitality I've experienced. Location is great. facility is nice and modern. However we think staff's hospitality couldn't be worse. They don't intend to care of the guest AT ALL. When we checked-in, no one was at the reception. We found a staff in the office and ask her to check-in, but she said she felt cold and seemed not to want to spend the time to explain about the hotel at the reception outside. She explained very quickly how to open our room's door, but nothing else about...

「All inclusive resort on beautiful Grace Bay Beach. My friends and I stayed in a large 2 bedroom villa overlooking the ocean. We had a large balcony with a gorgeous view. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Some of the units are being updated so I would recommend you request a unit that has been renovated. Upon check in you receive a schedule of the restaurants. It takes a day to figure things out. The buffet was plentiful breakfast was excellent . Dinner was a 4/5. The reservation process...

「Beautiful rooms and landscape, but you will need to take a cab anywhere. The location is distant from beach and downtown. Cabs are very expensive (US$23 per person/anywhere) and only accepts cash. Please bring plenty of cash because ATM are ALL out of service in the island. 」

「Villa Renaissance was a fabulous choice for our family. We booked room 602, a two bedroom unit. It was decorated very nicely, had a fully functioning kitchen, and washer dryer. We loved that the unit was close to the pool, lobby and resort exit to town, all very convenient.
