「Some staff is really helpful while some can test your patience. I asked 1 of the receptionist to get me a towel as I was going into pool. She did not do anything until I went in, came back and asked her where's the towel. Then she sent someone. Her effort for this and other day for trying to my find something I left a day before was also pathetic. I explained everything, showed the photo. Yet after I got another call asking about same thing. Funny enough they never got back to me about it. When...

「Horrible」

「Hotel has a perfect location easily accessible to the main beach area around kuta or legian. The worst part is the room like you only get body soap infact seemed like hand wash only . No shampoo, conditioner; bed sheets seems being used from a decade ago; towels also very old. Very small window and seems like you are locked in a closed room with no outside view. If solo travelers and only using room for limited time then may be ok. But with family not a good option. Also very noisy the area...

「Worst unclenness」

「I love the place and the friendly and kind staff. Only one thing.. wifi didn't work well in my room. 」
