"There was black mold and fungus growing in the restroom. There was a cigarette left in the closet in my nonsmoking room. Listing claims on site parking was available, parking was by permit only. I have been trying to contact the property for the last week and have been unsuccessful."

"Nice place. We had 4th floor view's overlooking the water. One bedroom co do was nice but needed updating. Couch was u comfortable and the bed was very uncomfotable. Had a window that only had horizontal blinds and the lights from outside hallway and parki g lot made it too bright in the room for sleeping. Need blackout curtains."
