"My new favorite Austin hotel! Really great boutique hotel just minutes from downtown and a couple of blocks off the lake and Austin greenbelt. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the hotel has a great sense of that famous "Austin Funkiness" while still feeling high quality, with great little details and touches everywhere you look. Having a hip austin coffeeshop on premises and many restaurants and bars within a short walk was also a plus. Can't wait to stay again!"

"The hotel was clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable. The only issue was the breakfast buffet. They ran out of plates, had no forks, the water spout wasn’t working, the soda and juice machine wasn’t working, and it took them a while to refill the items (eggs, sausage, etc.). There was also mold on one of the muffins."

"Property has good amenities and is in a great location, but is not overall a place that I would want to stay for a while: the construction is shoddy (uneven floors, poor fitting doors, single-paned windows admitting noise) and there is a lot of noise from the nearby street. Definitely okay for a few days. Bring earplugs!"

"I was amazed at how easy it was to check in virtually. The staff communicated with me via text the entire stay. I had two guests for four hours and got charged $35 each for parking, which I thought was a little unfair. If they had spent the night, I would have gotten it. "

"Check in experience was great. This is an older building but the lobby and bar have been updated. The rooms are fine, bathrooms beginning to show some wear and tear. Limited number of towels and wash cloths. I was there 3 nights and there wasn’t even any trash pick up"

"One word...Terrible! Like staying in the WORST version of a old, tired, dirty, dorm room with loud noisy neighbors all around. Upstairs neighbors ran around and sounded like they were building a new apartment 24/7 - never could sleep well. Dirty, not painted in years, artwork was posters hung via pushpins, furniture tired, stained and falling apart. Towel racks falling off the walls. Bathroom disgusting. Wouldn’t thing of using anything in the kitchen. TV only offers subscription based...
