"Wonderful but short stay"

"Previous comments seem harsh and unfair. It is apparent management is working to upgrade. Our bedding was clean and comfortable. Roo. A but shabby but overall clean. . Other than floor which needed a thorough scrubbing. It would help to stock a room reserved for 4 with more than 2 bath towels but dtaff immedistely provuded additional. Desk staff very polote. Breakfast bar had fair assortment however additional staff needed to replenish. 20 to 30 minute waits for eggs and ham...reply was "I am...

"Condo was clean but dated from 1990's, Grounds overgrown around pool which was far from room. Grills are charcoal and old so we cooked in room. We did not know 2nd floor and I mentioned recent back surgery no interested in moving us. Charged my credit card money for cleaning fee and I had paid in full? Removed when I left but I had to check when I returned home. Then asked for customers to take out the garbage and then there was a tip envelope for maid? No daily maid service..."

My wife and i stayed 1 night in the Opal room for our wedding anniversary and we loved it. We had a nice bottle of wine and a wedding anniversary card from the staff. Such a nice intention. "We had a 2 night stay as we were visiting the Kennedy Space Centre nearby. The location, room and amenities were great, a fully equipped kitchen where we could self serve breakfast, and great dining and lounge areas. The owner was great, warm, friendly and really helpful."

"Great spot close to downtown Sanford. By close I mean right around the corner. A funky and fun room. It was cold and there is no central AC or Heat, but there was a little space heater that quickly warmed the room, in fact I had to turn it off because it was so warm. I read about the bathroom sink and yes, it is weird. You will get wet so SLOWLY turn the water on. Yes the spiral staircase feels sketchy, but that was part of the fun of the space and we laughed so much about it. The only "issue"...
