「The hotel room was nothing like the picture that was posted or advertised. Upon entering the room, there was a foul order. The toilet did not flush. The furniture was damaged and dirty.We didn't want to touch anything. It was really bad. We went up to visit my sick brother. And how do you worry about these conditions.」

「This was our second or third time staying here and it was always a pleasure. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It really makes a difference these days. They made sure the breakfast stayed fresh and replenished for all guest. We were always greeted when entering or exiting the premises.」

「The tv in the master room doesn’t work. We tried changing the batteries and I downloaded a remote and then there was not enough space on the tv to play it. The microwave and dishwasher didn’t work.
