It was my daughter's wedding at 4:00 and I knew that 1 hour would not suffice I called and asked if there was anything I could do to get in there at least an hour prior to three. 「I made my reservation using Hotels.com and it was pre-paid. However, the hotel also billed me separately for the stay on the same AMEX credit card. When I reported it to the hotel the owner, someone who goes by the name Tiger, said he had a problem with Hotels.com and was trying to work it out. He said Hotels.com is "difficult to work with." So while he sorts out whatever that problem is I guess his solution is that I pay twice for the same stay. Not so good from the customer's standpoint. ...
