No bell man to help with the bags; a hotel in this price class. The guests on my floor were loud when walking down the hallway late at night and early in the morning; that was inconsiderate. Valet parking was not the quality it should have been for the price. The bottles of shampoo and body wash attached to the shower wall had tiny dispensing heads and required pushing down on many times to get any liquid to come out. DO not recommend this place; stay at the Westin down the road...better value.
