The room had roaches on the floor and the bed, pubic hair all over the bathtub, door lock was broken, floor was sticky in the room. We stayed the first night because we checked in so late I didn’t want to be up past midnight trying to find a new place. I told the front desk we weren’t going to be staying the second night and the guy started yelling at me, said he wasn’t refunding me, he was terrible to me about it. Would never...
